The long awaited album from
The Revolution Smile will be released on September 12th on Shaun's own
Animation Records. The record is called Summer Ever. It will be available on our site as well as all the online digital services: iTunes, Napster, Yahoo Music, etc. The CD version will contain a hidden track. The digital version will contain a different bonus track. Get both and make us happy :). You can pre-order the record
here. All orders recieved before October 1st, 2006 will recieve a free t-shirt while supplies last. Please state your size when ordering. We've been waiting to release the record for quite some time now and we're really excited for you to finally hear it. Thanks to everyone who has stuck with us in the downtime. The long awaited Rev Smile record "Summer Ever" will be released in June. We were all set on doing a self release, then a new label stepped up to the plate. It makes more sense and will give better life to the record to release it through them. We plan on doing a pre-release on iTunes so most likely you will be able to get the record much sooner than that. We plan on getting back over to the UK sometime this year which would be amazing. A full U.S. tour will happen as long as it makes sense.
In other news I've been doing a lot of recording/producing. I finished a record for a band called The Jayden Sentence from Virginia. I co-wrote some songs and even sang on one. Not sure of the release date on that. I'm currently engineering a record for an artist on Maverick called John Mark. I'm also currently producing the new Deftones record for Maverick. We've been working on that since the start of the year in my studio. I'm currently enroute to meet up with them on Taste Of Chaos to finish up the vocals. The new record is amazing. Anyone who was let down with their last ( I was one of them) will definitely be surprised.

We're gearing up to play a little run of shows. If you will be attending these shows you can pick up the
Summer Ever sampler cd for $2 or free with the purchase of merch. 3 songs, handmade art, rock. Filling in for us on guitar will be Peter Martin. He's a good guy. He played in a band called
Lifetime. They have influenced some bands. We hope to do more guitar auditions (ugh) when we return. Maybe we can find our guy by the end of the year. Oh yeah,
Summer Ever will be out in January/February. Details soon.
